I would just like to take this time to introduce myself to all of you. My name is Aarica Larson and I am the owner of Insparationsalon, Inc. in St. Michael and Insparationsalon, Inc. in Albertville. I have been an owner since 2006, and am not going to lie, I enjoy doing what I do although I do have my days, don't we all? I know I haven't been there "perfect" owner and by no means expect to be. There have been co-workers coming and going, all of which have been a blessing and lesson. As a cosmetologist myself, juggling the two can be difficult, but WOW, after meeting the beautiful people I work with does it make it worth it or what!!! I thank you for your patience with our growing salons, and helping us learn what to do better and letting us know what is just perfect! The team we currently have is exactly what I had planned. My plan is to have some of the most talented, beautiful, fun loving and caring people in two locations to work on you, helping you in any way needed.

As an owner, I try to stress with our therapists and stylists that we all need each other to succeed. In order to have a successful salon you have to have successful people working there. By reading all of the biographies I hope you realize that we all enjoy and love doing what we do. We are all real people with real dreams, hopes, and aspirations. I only hope that by working at Insparationsalon, they can all live, love and find their dreams as much as I have. Our team is composed of wonderful friends who make our salon what it is when you walk through the doors.
