Our mission at Insparationsalon is to provide you with the best services possible. Ya sure, you hear that all the time when it comes to businesses, but we separate ourselves from the rest. We don't like going into businesses when we are uncomfortable with the atmosphere or ones working with us, so why would you? We like to show you and treat you like we are all equal.

As you see from some of our pictures, we like to have fun! We enjoy doing what we do and are sure that our passion will shine through when you walk through our doors. So come on in and let us prove to you that everyone is beautiful, we help make that obvious!

The location of Insparationsalon, Inc. was started at 400 Central Ave. East, Suite 35 in St. Michael. There has been a salon in that location since April of 1988. Al Freiberg started a salon there called The Cutting Crew. He sold to Joe Teise, whom then sold to Lori Irwin. Keeping the same name, Lori then sold to Sandy Timmerman in 1997. In 2000, Lori Guzek and Sara Hamann partnered up and purchased The Cutting Crew changing the name to All About Hair. They decided to make it a salon in which the stylists are independent contractors and they can lease their space. They also added a room in the back for a massage therapist to operate as an independent contractor. After 5 years, when the business went up for sale, Aarica Larson purchased All About Hair and changed the name to Insparationsalon, Inc. in July of 2006.

In March of 2007, Aarica was proposed with the idea of having more independent contractors. Seeing as her space was filled with one great group she decided to open her second location in Albertville. Insparationsalon, Inc of Albertville opened its doors on August 1st, of 2007. Between both locations, there are 13 Stylists, 2 Massage Therapists, and 1 Life Saver. (You wonder what a life saver is? No silly, it's not the candy!! See our Meet the Staff page and you will see!) Having very little room left over to rent out, Aarica is currently looking for the final piece to her master plan. If you or anyone you know thinks you have what it takes to be part of our team, let us know!

Insparationsalon loves working with children. At the door they will be provided with a juice box and a sucker. They can be entertained by coloring or watching a movie up front. (leashes will be provided upon stylists discretion).
